We are delighted to see Universal Design for Learning featured in the just-released 2016 National Education Technology Plan. The plan, titled “Future Ready Learning: Reimagining the Role of Technology in Education,” is an engaging exploration of practical ideas for personalized education. The report explains the three UDL principles, highlights the classroom work of our friends at Bartholomew Consolidated Schools in Columbus, Indiana, and points to several technology tools that facilitate UDL implementation. CAST Professional Publishing’s Universal Design for Learning: Theory & Practice gets a nod, too. Check it out!
