You can order CAST Professional Publishing titles direct from our catalog, from major retailers, and on request through most independent booksellers.
Ordering Online & By Phone
Credit card orders can be placed on our website using our online catalog. The shopping cart automatically applies bulk discounts for direct customers and accepts all major credit cards.
You can also place a credit card order with our fulfillment team by phone at 978-829-2578. They can provide pricing information, rush shipping methods, and additional pricing on international shipping to Canada.
Purchase Orders
You can submit a purchase order or request a quote by email, fax, or post using the methods below. If you’d like, you can calculate price breaks and shipping costs in advance by using the shopping cart system in our catalog to help you prepare your purchase order.

Academic Review Copies
Educators can request review copies of our titles for a significant discount by contacting us at publishing@cast.org.
Shipping
Shipping options and rates are available during checkout on our website before you enter payment information. We can also provide shipping cost in advance when you submit a Request for Quote or Purchase order.
Please keep in mind that due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic there may be occasional delays and interruptions with all shipping options. Reach out if you have any concerns about your order and we would be happy to help find a solution that works best for you!
The following shipping options are available for orders from CAST:
- USPS Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation (5-10 days)
- USPS Priority (2-5 days)
- UPS Ground – NO PO BOX (1-6 days)
- UPS Next Day Air (Next Business Day when placed by 2PM EST)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days when placed by 2PM EST)
- USPS International 1st Class (Under 4 LBs)
- USPS Priority International (Over 4 LBs)
We’re also able to provide freight options on high volume orders, or charge shipping to your UPS/FedEx account upon request.
In most cases, orders are shipped by our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days.
